Ticket Policy, Refunds & Exchanges

Right of Admission / License
Each ticket grants you a revocable license to attend the event on the date(s) and time(s) stated on the ticket. The organizers reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to refuse admission or eject any attendee who fails to comply with these terms, venue rules, applicable laws or instructions of staff—without refund.

This event features alcoholic beverages. By entering, attendees agree to consume alcohol responsibly. If you believe you cannot safely operate a motor vehicle or otherwise depart safely, please notify event staff for assistance. No outside alcohol (open or unopened containers) may be brought into or removed from event venues unless explicitly permitted.

Attendees assume all risks associated with attending the event, including, but not limited to, lost or stolen property, personal injury, illness (including communicable diseases such as COVID-19), and damage to personal property. The event and its affiliates will not be held liable for such risks to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Behavior, Prohibited Items & Venue Rules

• Bags and persons may be subject to search at entry. Outside food or beverages, coolers, large umbrellas/tents, and other items may be prohibited subject to venue rules.
• Service animals are permitted when required by law; pets otherwise are not permitted unless explicitly stated.

Force Majeure / Change of Event
If the event is cancelled, postponed or altered due to circumstances beyond the organizers’ control (including but not limited to acts of God, inclement weather, government orders, public health conditions, etc.), the organizers may, at their discretion, offer ticket credit for a future event or cancellation without refund.
